Trouble speaking: Sudden difficulty speaking or understanding, or confusion, even temporary
Vision problems: Sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes, even if temporary
Headache: Sudden severe and unusual headache
Dizziness: Sudden loss of balance, especially with any of the above signs.
